What do you like most about dandelions?
We, as humans, must be aware of one fact; no one will save us and we save ourselves. We save ourselves in the following way: Through children. Let me elaborate; truly, if we want to save our planet Earth, we must be able to build children’s love for the planet. Because if we have nothing to plant, nothing will grow in the heads of our young people. It all starts with a simple question: What do you like most about dandelions? Simple, yet so complicated. The magic lies in the building of thought processes that lead to love, to the attachment. In the same way that you don’t know the answer to the question of how to get out of depression (you don’t have the knowledge and thought patterns that lead you out of suffering when you find it), the collective consciousness is also rusty in the matter of love for the planet. The collective mass does not have built thought patterns that lead them to cultivate a love for the planet, yes, we have individuals who are aware and think that they will achieve something with protests in the squares, who think that if they press the biggest oil companies, either through lawyers or through shooting the eggs on the biggest and most influential director of that oil company; that they will achieve change. They won’t! If you want to have a CEO in 2060 who is aware of the love for our beautiful planet, if you want to have a director who has a lot of money and who disposes of with the money in such a way as to invest in the planet and in his workers, his mother, when he or she is 10 years old, necessarily should ask him or her: My sweetie, what do you like most about dandelions? Because you see, right there, on that question, right there, thought patterns will begin to build that lead him to the point that, at the moment when his word prevails, he will be made aware of helping and empathizing! And yes, you can say; Mateo, that’s love control, it’s not honest! We will agree that the first part of that sentence is correct. The second part is not. Priests do this all the time with religion. Because a few decades ago, the goal was sales, growth, development, greed, desire for power; and we all analyzed the world; but where did that get us? Our planet is warming faster and faster, glaciers are melting. What will we leave to our children? And that is exactly why, as future parents, we need to implant in our children a love for mountains, for fresh air, for hamsters and cats. And we will!; the protest in the square is a thing of the past, there will always be fools who shout, but by correctly implanting the values that have an impact on the outcome of the future; it starts in the park, with the child who went down the slide, soiled his pants and came to his mother, the mother looked at him and asked: What do you like most about dandelions my sweetie? Gently my friends. Gently! That’s how you change things…
